The service was very good with parking on-site.

Exceptionally comfortable and gorgeous hotel, our stay was very nice.

We appreciated spending 1 night here. Location was particularly good, our room had magnificent views. Location: the hotel was adjacent to shops and restaurants, all Dunedin has to offer and the closest park was 2 blocks away. In the evening we visited Speight's Alehouse it was nearby.

The recently renovated rooms offer a modern feel with stunning views, equipped with convenient amenities like a microwave, fridge, and kitchenware.

Clean place overall and facilities were spotless. 🧼 Convenient location close to Larnach's Castle and town center.

We enjoyed our stay at Motel On Carroll. the parking was convenient and the laundry facilities were good. the kitchen had everything we needed. the shower had hot water and good pressure. the staff were friendly and not intrusive. the internet access was the best we've experienced, with a well-presented password and great speed. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the Octagon and the wedding venue. the bed was comfortable and the TV size and controls were good. the unit was clean, warm, and centrally located.

We had a nice Xmas stay at a motel in Dunedin. the complementary chocolates and wine were a nice touch. the motel was in a great location, close to the city center and some good restaurants and cafes. We also liked the fact that we could park our car safely in the parking lot.

The soundproofing was quite bad, and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly even though they weren't being too loud. the shower was not great and the bathroom was quite small, making it difficult to move around.

Conveniently located just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The manager, Tissa, provided us with excellent local information and even helped us park our campervan. The room was clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. The motel also had a lounge area and internet access. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and facilities.
